Quantum Bio 9000 series

Quantum Bio 9000 is a further development of the market-leading Quantum 900 hot melt adhesive, considered the best product in its segment.

The Quantum Bio 9000 series is formulated on the same polymer base as Quantum 900, Polyolefin elastomer, covering a wide range of applications. Slow machines, fast machines, packaging hot products or deep-frozen goods.

The Quantum Bio 9000 series has excellent thermal properties that ensure clean and trouble-free performance in the production line.

Depending on the selected quality in the Quantum 9000 series, approximately 100% of the polymers can be based on certified bio-based raw materials (ISSC-certified), replacing polymers based on fossil raw materials.

Bio-based polymers are CO2 neutral and reduce the footprint by approximately 3000 grams of CO2e per kg of glue. Together with processing in our factory supported by 100% hydropower, this contributes to a nearly climate-neutral product.
